The project comprises a 2500m2 warehouse & manufacturing facility, alongside 680m2 of offices & showroom space.
The concrete floor is designed to avoid risk from chemical spills- it is pre-stressed to avoid cracking, and completely sealed, without any construction joints.
The warehouse allows for 2000 pallet bays to provide for high volume and high turnover. The office features generous staff common areas and cafeteria spaces to promote team culture.
