Ashton Mitchell is thrilled to announce that Kayley Feng has been approved by the NZRAB as a Registered Architect. The team at Ashton Mitchell would like to congratulate Kayley on the significant milestone which has been achieved through hard work, sacrifice and talent.

Kayley joined Ashton Mitchell in 2013 and has been an integral staff member and project lead since. Most recently, Kayley has led the Northcote N24 & N25, Kāinga Ora multi-residential project through conception, consenting and is currently guiding it through the construction process. Kayley has previously worked on the Northern Glen Innes Redevelopment, AT Interior fit-out, Waterview Court and Galway Street Apartments, which was completed in 2021 and awarded a 2021 NZIA Auckland Local Award: Housing – Multi-Unit and 2021 Property Council New Zealand Merit Award – Community and Affordable Housing Property Award.
