Ashton Mitchell is proud to have contributed towards the design of this 3-storey social housing project located in Glen Eden, Auckland, by developer Elaman Property.
Working with a tricky sloping site in an established residential neighbourhood, Ashton Mitchell collaborated closely with the developer and Kāinga Ora’s urban designers, to produce a project which offers a significant increase in density (24 new 2-3 bedroom apartments on a site previously occupied by 3 houses) but remains a ‘good neighbour’, sitting comfortably in its environment.
The developer’s commitment to high quality materials and landscaping is evident throughout the finished project. We congratulate Elaman on delivering another excellent result for the community.
