Clifford has been a Director of Ashton Mitchell since 2006 and is responsible for both project leadership and client liaison on some of Ashton Mitchell’s most significant projects, for large clients including the University of Auckland, Kiwi Property, and Precinct Property.

Clifford graduated in 1992 and gained experience in large practices in the UK, South Africa and for the past 25 years in New Zealand. He has worked across most project sizes and sectors, from $1M to $200M project value.

His knowledge of strategic project planning and his communication and negotiation skills allow Clifford to assist clients in procuring the project from inception. Clifford’s thorough knowledge of contractual obligations and his ability to respond quickly and decisively to onsite issues have consistently ensured the projects under his control perform above expectations.

Clifford enjoys motorsports, in fact, anything to do with cars (except fixing and cleaning them). Clifford also values quality time with his family, often escaping Auckland with his son and wife.
