A unique mixed-use development that revitalised an existing four storey building.

The ground floor was redeveloped to include a supermarket and hotel foyer, the 4 floors above were remodelled to become 44 Quest Hotel suites, 6 new floors were added to accommodate, a day care facility, 2 levels of apartments and a 600 sqm penthouse with pool and extensive harbour views.
